Northwave would be the first multi-location voice + intake build Roux ships. The founding-client inclusion covers weekly call-log + intake review with a written summary, prompt tuning as your front-desk patterns reveal themselves, small adjustments (new services, holiday hours, scripting tweaks), and incident response within 24 hours. Standard retainer of $1,500/month CAD begins Month 4. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

    Recover the missed calls.

    Multi-location dental practices typically lose 20–35% of new-patient inbound to voicemail or unanswered ring-outs. Across three Northwave locations, that's $9k–$30k/month in unrecovered revenue, conservatively. A 24/7 voice agent recovers 60–80% of that — industry baseline for a well-tuned dental voice agent.

    The agent integrates with Open Dental / Dentrix / Eaglesoft (we'll confirm yours at kickoff). New-patient cleanings book directly. Existing-patient requests route to the front desk via SMS. Emergencies escalate to a human within the same call.

    Intake automation on top.

    Once the call is booked, the SMS flow handles forms, insurance triage, parking and location info, plus 48h + 24h reminders. Post-visit: rating prompt + Google review request — all branded to Northwave.

    Four weeks to cutover.

    Week 1 voice agent core. Week 2 intake automation layer. Week 3 brand + voice tuning against your real call logs. Week 4 parallel run + cutover + owner dashboard. 30 days of post-launch tuning included. $15,000 CAD all-in.
